MedCare Pediatrics is proud to support the next generation of healthcare professionals by offering students the opportunity to complete observation hours in a real-world pediatric clinical setting. These observation opportunities are intended for students pursuing or exploring careers in physical therapy, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, nursing, and applied behavior analysis who are seeking meaningful exposure to pediatric care.

Students approved for observation will have the opportunity to observe experienced pediatric therapists and clinical staff as they provide compassionate, high-quality care to children and families. This experience allows students to gain insight into daily clinical operations, therapeutic sessions, patient interactions, and the collaborative, team-based approach essential to pediatric healthcare.
